Disposes on the creation of Labor Varas in the jurisdiction of the 12ª Regional Court of Labour Region and gives other arrangements.

A P R And S I D E N T A R And P U B L I C A

I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º Are created in the jurisdiction of the Regional Labour Court of the 12a Region, based in the city of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, 2 (two) Varas of the Work, thus distributed:

I-in the city of Saint Benedict of the South, 1 (one) Working Vara (2ª);

II-in the city of Navigants, 1 (one) Working Vara (1ª).

Art. 2º The Labour Varas created by this Act will be deployed by the Regional Labour Court of the 12ª Region, to the extent of the needs of the service and the availability of budget resources, in line with the provisions of § 1º of the art. 169 of the Federal Constitution.

Art. 3º They are increased to the frames of Judge and Personnel of the Registry of the Regional Labour Court of the 12ª Region the positions of Judge and the effective positions set out in the Annexes I and II of this Act.

Art. 4º The financial resources arising from the implementation of this Act will run to the account of the budgetary allocations consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the 12ª Region in the General Budget of the Union.

Art. 5º The creation of the posts provided for in this Act shall be conditional on its express permission in the annual annex of the annual budget law with the respective appropriation sufficient for its first flooring, pursuant to § 1º of the art. 169 of the Federal Constitution.

Single paragraph. If the permit and the respective budget resources are sufficient only for the partial provisioning of the posts, the balance of the permit and the respective appropriations for his or her application shall appear in the annex of the budget law corresponding to the exercise in which they are considered created and providable.

Art. 6º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
