Disposes on the remandment of the posts in committee of the Group-Direction of Higher-DAS-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG that mentions, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confers it on art. 84, incisos IV and VI, of the Constitution,
DECRETA:
Art. 1º Ficam remanded, in the form of this article and of Annex I to this Decree, the following posts in committee of the Group-Direction and Superiors Superiors-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG:
I-da Management Office, of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, coming from extinct bodies of the Federal Public Administration, to the Ministry of Communications: a DAS 101.2;
II-from the Ministry of Communications, to the Registry of Management, of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management: three FG-1; and a FG-3.
Art. 2º In the following of the provisions of the previous article, the Annex II to Decree No 3,354 of January 28, 2000, passes on the vigour in the form of Annex II to this Decree.
Art. 3º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
