DECREE OF July 10, 2000.

Declara of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon you the arts. 84, incisus IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and we have ourselves the arts. 2º of the Supplementary Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 a to 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam declared from social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters? a?,? b?,? c? e? d? and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-?Save Earth?, with area of a thousand, four hundred and thirty-two hectares and fifteen ares, situated in the Municipio de Vargem Grande, object of the Register No R-08-260, fls. 263, Book 2-A of the Estate Registry Office of the Comarch of Vargem Large, State of the Maranhão (Process INCRA/SR-12/nº 54230.002595 /99-85);

II-?Boi Baiano? -part, with area of two thousand, six hundred and fifty seven hectares, fifty eight airs and thirty centiars, situated, in the Municipality of Saint Matthew of the Maranhão, object of the Matriculation No. 339, fls. 70v/71, Book 3, of the Carthorium of the 1º Offer of the Comarch of St. Matthew of the Maranhão, State of the Maranhão (Process INCRA/SR-12/nº 54233.000151 /99-85);

III-?Santa Cruz farm? -part known as Monte Valeriano, with area of a thousand, one hundred and seventy nine hectares, six airs and sixty-six centiars, situated in the Munícipio de Parnarama, object of the Register # R-002-554, fls. 247, Book 2-A, of the Carthorium of the 1º Oficio de Parnarama, Comarch of Matons, State of the Maranhão (Case INCRA/SR-12/nº 54230.001563 /99-53);

IV-?Farm Screw or Ponte Grande?, with area of four hundred and sixty-four hectares and sixty four airs, situated in the Municipio de São Francisco de Sales, object of the Registers R-2-1.539, fls. 52, Book 2-F and R-2-1-.540, fls. 53, Book 2-F, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Campina Verde, State of Minas Gerais (Case INCRA/SR-06/nº 54170.004450 /99-80);

V-?Farmhouse Maringá?, with area of nine hundred and ninety nine hectares, seven ares and seventy six centiars, situated in the Municipalities of Uberaba and Uberlândia, object of the Registers R-1-22.862, Ficha 01 Book 2 and R-1-193.556, Ficha 001, Book 2, of the Registral Service of the Comarch of Uberaba, State of Minas Gerais (Case INCRA/SR-06/nº 54170.006881 /99-62);

VI-?Golden farmhouse?, with area of five hundred and fifty and three hectares, sixty-seven airs and ninety and two centiars, situated in the Municipality of Ituiutaba, objects of the Registry # R-1-20.355, Ficha 01, Book 2, of the Carthorium of the 2º Oficio of the Registration of Real estate of the Comarch of Ituiutaba, State of Minas Gerais (Process INCRA/SR06/nº 54170.006911 /99-21);

VII-?Farmstead São Bento?, with area of nine hundred and fifty and nine hectares, seven ares and sixty-seven centiars, situated in the Municipality of Campo Verde, object of Registration No R-3-9.625, Book 02-AI, Real Estate Record Cartorio of the 1º Oftice of the Comarch by Dom Aquino, State of Mato Grosso (Process INCRA/SR-13/nº 21540.002599 /96-02);

VIII-?Farmhouse Guanabara?, with area of thirty thousand hectares, situated in the Municipio of Alto Boa Vista, object of the Matriculas nos 2,083, Ficha 2,083, Book 2 and 6,783, Ficha 001, Book 2, of the Real Estate Registry of the Comarch of St. Felix of the Araguaia, State of Mato Grosso (Process INCRA/SR-13/nº 54240.000673 /98-34); and

IX-?Mucaitá?, with area of ten thousand, one hundred and sixty hectares, situated in the Municipality of São José do Fish, object of Matriculation No. 218, fls. 25, Book 2-C, from the Estate Registration Office of St. Joseph of the Fish, Comarch of Nazareth of the Piauí, State of the Piauí (Process INCRA/SR-24/nº 54380.002115 /99-53).

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the soothing, the machines and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in the article previous and belonging to those who are benefited from their targeting.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993 and to keep the areas of reservation legal and permanent preservation provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
