DECREE OF August 18, 2005.

Gives new essay to art. 2nd of the Decree of April 26, 2005, which creates Interministerial Working Group with the purpose of drafting the arts regulation bybill. 221 and 222 of the Constitution and of the organization and exploitation of electronic media services.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives it the art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph "a" of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Art. 2nd of the Decree of April 26, 2005, which creates Interministerial Working Group with the purpose of drafting the arts regulation bybill. 221 and 222 of the Constitution and the organization and exploitation of electronic media services, it passes on the invigoration with the following essay:

§ 4th The Working Group will count on the support of an Advisory Committee, under the coordination of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic, and integrated by representatives of civil society, by specialists and by entities related to audiovisual production and with electronic media services, to which it will be able to offer the Working Group the contributions that judging necessary for the drafting of the bill of law that it treats art. 1st.

§ 6th The Minister of State Chief of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic shall designate the coordinator of the Advisory Committee, which will participate in the Working Group meetings.

§ 7th The Working Group Co-ordinator will promote the articulation with the Advisory Committee and follow up, whenever it is judging necessary, its meetings. " (NR)

Art. 2nd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
