Promulgates the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Party of Dependents of Diplomatic, Consular, Military, Administrative and Technical Staff of Diplomatic Missions, Consular Offices and Before International Organizations, firmed in Malabo, on July 5, 2010.

Considering the Agreement was struck between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Part of Dependents of Diplomatic, Consular, Military, Administrative and Technical Staff of Diplomatic Missions, Consular Offices and Before International Organizations, in Malabo, on July 5, 2010;
Whereas the National Congress approved the Agreement through the Legislative Decree No. 425 of August 9, 2012; and
Whereas the Agreement entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on June 14 of 2015, pursuant to its Article 11;
DECRETA:
Art. 1º It is enacted the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Dependents of Diplomatic Personnel, Consular, Military, Administrative and Technician of Diplomatic Missions, Consular Offices and Before International Organizations, firmed in Malabo, on July 5, 2010, annex to this Decree.
Art. 2º Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and supplementary adjustments that entail gravy charges or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the caput of article 49 of the Constitution.
Art. 3º This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
