DECREE NO. 6,402, OF March 17, 2008.

Disposes on the inclusion, in the National Disestatization Program-PND, of energy transmission ventures Electrical integral of the Basic Network of the National Interconnected System-SIN, determines to the National Electric Power Agencia-ANEEL the promotion and follow-up of the bidding processes of these grants, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confers the art. 84, incises IV and VI, paragraph (a) of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the Act No 9,491 of September 9, 1997,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Ficam included in the National Disestatization Program-PND, for the purposes of the Law no 9,491, of September 9, 1997, the following ventures of electric power transmission integral of the Basic Network of the National Interconnected System-SIN:

I-Substation Miranda II, at 500 kV, located in the State of the Maranhão;

II-Substation Zebu, at 230 kV, located in the State of Alagoas;

III-Substation Narandiba, at 230 kV, located in the State of Bahia;

IV-Substation Christmas III, at 230 kV, located in the State of Rio Grande do North;

V-Line of Transmission Pau Ferro-Santa Rita II, in 230 kV, and Substation Santa Rita II, located in the states of Pernambuco and Paraíba;

VI-Suape Substation II, at 500 kV, located in the State of Pernambuco;

VII-Suape Substation III, at 230 kV, located in the State of Pernambuco;

VIII-Eunápolis Transmission Line-Freitas II Teixeira II, at 230 kV, and Substation Teixeira de Freitas II, located in the State of Bahia;

IX-Line of Transmission Ribeiro Goncalves-Balsas, in 230 kV, and Substations Balsas and Ribeiro Goncalves, located in the states of the Piauí and Maranhão;

X-Substation Mirassol, at 440 kV, located in the State of São Paulo;

XI-Transmission Line Interlagos-Piratininga II, Double Circuit, at 345 kV, and Substation Piratininga II, located in the State of São Paulo;

XII-Substation Sale das Pedras, at 345 kV, located in the State of Rio de Janeiro;

XIII-Substation Atibaia, at 345 kV, located in the State of São Paulo;

XIV-Substation Getulina, at 440 kV, located in the State of São Paulo;

XV-Substation Araras, at 440 kV, located in the State of São Paulo;

XVI-Line of Transmission New Santa Rita-Scharlau, Double Circuit, in 230 kV, and Scharlau Substation, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul;

XVII-Forquilhinha Substation, at 230 kV, located in the State of Santa Catarina;

XVIII-Curitiba Transmission Line-Joinville Norte, in 230 kV, and Joinville Norte Substation, located in the State of Santa Catarina;

XIX-Line of Transmission Jorge Lacerda B-Siderópolis, Circuit 3, at 230 kV, located in the states of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul;

XX-Line of Transmission Foz do Iguaçu-Cascavel West, at 525 kV, located in the State of Paraná;

XXI-Substation Camaçari IV, at 500 kV, located in the State of Bahia;

XXII-Substation Pólo, at 230 kV, located in the State of Bahia;

XXIII-Port Transmission Line Joyful 9-Porto Alegre 4 (Underground), at 230 kV, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul;

XXIV-Line of Transmission Porto Alegre 9-Porto Alegre 8, at 230 kV, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul;

XXV-Transmission Line Nova Santa Rita-Porto Alegre 9, at 230 kV, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul; and

XXVI-Transmission Line Monte Claro- Garibaldi, at 230 kV, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Single paragraph. The electric power transmission ventures referred to in this article comprise, still, the deployment and magnification of the associated substations and will be described and characterized in the respective auction editions.

Art. 2nd Stay the National Electrical Energy Agency- ANEEL responsible for promoting and monitoring the bidding procedures for the contracting of public electric power transmission services and for the respective awarding listeners of the ventures referred to in art. 1st, in the terms of what has the inciso II of the art. 3rd of the Law no 9,427, of December 26, 1996.

Art. 3rd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
