THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that gives him art. 84, incisos IV and VI, of the Constitution,
D E C R E T A:
Art. 1º Ficam remanded, in the form of this article and of Annex I to this Decree, of the Management Registry, of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, coming from extinct organs of the Federal Public Administration, to the Ministry of Health, the following posts in committee of the Group?Superior direction and advisorship? DAS: a DAS 101.5; three DAS 101.4; six DAS 101.3; and one DAS 102.4.
Art. 2º In due to the provisions of the previous article, Annex II to Decree No. 3,774 of March 15, 2001 passes the vigour in the form of Annex II to this Decree.
Art. 3º This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
