DECREE OF February 25, 2003.

Declared from social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate that mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2º of the Supplemental Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of the Act No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters "a", "b", "c" and "d", and 20, inciso VI, of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of the Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-"Fazenda Jussara and Laranjeiras", with area of a thousand, three hundred and eleven hectares and ninety five airs, situated in the Municipality of Ibateguara, object of the Matricles in the 264, fls. 68v, Book 3-A; 499, fls. 05, Book 2-G; 321, fls. 88, Book 2-C and 580, fls. 63v, Book 2-F, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Ibateguara, State of Alagoas (Process INCRA/SR-22/nº 54360.000294 /2002-80);

II-"Fazenda Valencia", with area of a thousand, one hundred and fifty-three hectares, fifteen ares and fifty three centiars, situated in the Municipality of Porangatu, object of the Registers in the R-30-58, fls. 63, Book 2-A; R-37-158, fls. 158, Book 2-A and R-13-3.237, fls. 72, Book 2-M, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Porangatu, State of Goiás (Case INCRA/SR-04/nº 54150.000277 /2002-18);

III-"Farmhouse Caiçara", with area of two thousand, four hundred and twenty hectares, situated in the Municipality of Flores de Goiás, object of the Records in the R-9-208, fls. 102, Book 2-A and R-10-208, fls. 102, Book 2-A, from the Estate Registration Office of Flores of Goiás, Comarch of Formosa, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-28/nº 54700.000966 /2002-59);

IV-"Farm Pity and Barreiro", with area of a thousand, five hundred and sixteen hectares, thirty-one ares and one ares and sixty-two centiars, situated in the Municipality of Gurinhatá, object of the Records in the R-1-6.059, Schedule 01, Book 2; R-1-26.994, Schedule 01, Book 2; R-1-26.995, Schedule 01, Book 2; R-1-23.442, Book 2, Book 2 and R-1-31.956, Ficha 01, Book 2, of the Carthorium of the 2º Oftice of the Estate Register of the Comarch of Ituiutaba, State of Minas Gerais (Case INCRA/SR-06/nº 54170.003193 /2002-06);

V-"Fazenda Colorado", with area of a thousand, three hundred and forty nine hectares, thirteen ares and twenty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Iguatemi, object of the Registry in the R-1-492, fls. 200, Book 2-B and Matriculation at 4,239, Ficha 01 /01v, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Iguatemi, State of Mato Grosso do Sul (Case INCRA/SR-16/nº 54290.000757 /2002-84);

VI-" Farm Bebedouro ", with area of a thousand, four hundred and twenty-nine hectares, thirty-three airs and eighteen centiars, situated in the Municipality of Nova Alvorada do Sul, object of the Records in the R-1-10.071, fls. 15, Book 2-AK and R-1-4.744, fls. 54, Book 2-P, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Rio Brilliant, State of Mato Grosso do Sul (Case INCRA/SR-16/nº 54290.000389 /2002-74);

VII-"Fazenda Maria Paz", with area of two thousand hectares, situated in the Municipality of São José de Espinharas, object of the Registry in the R-3-20.249, fls. 45 /45v, Book 2-BI, of the Registral Service of Real estate of the Comarch of Ducks, State of the Paraíba (Case INCRA/SR-18/nº 54320.001188 /2001-17); and

VIII-"Red Farm", with area of a thousand, one hundred and sixty and nine hectares and Sixty-five ares, situated in the Municipality of Cardoso Moreira, object of the Matriculation on the 14, fls. 14, Book 2, of the Single Offender's Office of the Comarch of Cardoso Moreira, State of Rio de Janeiro (Case INCRA/SR-07/nº 54180.000445 /2002-18).

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the machines and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in art. 1º and belonging to those who will be benefited from their targeting.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the dispropriations of rural real estate from which treats this Decree, in the form provided for in the Supplementary Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation provided for in the Act no 4,771, of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconciling the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
