I do know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, José Sarney, President, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

R E S O L U Ç Ã

No. 2, FROM 2009

Altera device of the Resolution No. 43, 2001, of the Federal Senate, in the aim of modifying the calculation of the annual commitment to amortizations, interest and too much consolidated debt burdens.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º O § 4º of art. 7º of Resolution No. 43, 2001, of the Federal Senate, passes the invigoration with the following essay:

§ 4º The calculation of the commitment to which if refers to the inciso II of the caput will be made by the annual average, of all financial years in which there are expected payments of the intended operation until December 31, 2027, of the relationship between the expected commitment and net current revenue projected year by year.
