LEI No. 12,098 OF November 24, 2009.

Altera the composition and internal organization of the Regional Labour Court of the Second Region, based in São Paulo, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the Congress National decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1st The Regional Court of the Work of the Second Region, based in the city of São Paulo, has its composition increased to 94 (ninety and four) Judges.

Paragraph single. 5a (fifth) part of the positions of Judge constant of this article is intended for the representation of the Order of Lawyers of Brazil and the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Work, in the terms of the art. 94 of the Federal Constitution.

Art. 2nd To meet the composition to which art refers. 1st, 30 (thirty) posts of Judge of the Court are created.

Art. 3rd Are created to give technical support to the magistrates, in the Personnel Frame of the Regional Labour Court of the 2a Region, the effective positions, Cargos in Commission and Commissioned Functions specified in Annexes I and II of this Act, to be provided in the form stipulated in the Laws in the 8,112, of December 11, 1990, and 11,416, of December 15, 2006.

Art. 4th The expenses arising from the application of this Act will run to the account of the budget resources consigned to the Regional Labour Court of the Second Region.

Art. 5th This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
