Disposes on the creation of 1 (one) Working Vara in the jurisdiction of the 23ª Regional Court of Labour Region and gives other arrangements.

I get to know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is created in the jurisdiction of the Regional Labour Court of the 23ª Region, based in the city of Cuiabá, State of Mato Grosso, 1 (one) Working Vara, in the city of Várzea Grande (2ª).

Art. 2º Are added to the Judge and Personnel Frames of the Registry of the 23ª Regional Court of Labour Region the office of Judge, the effective positions and the positions in committee set out in the Annexes I, II and III of this Act.

Art. 3º The creation of the posts provided for in this Act shall be conditional on its express permission in the annual annex of the annual budget law with the respective appropriation sufficient for its first flooring, pursuant to § 1º of the art. 169 of the Federal Constitution.

Single paragraph. If the permit and the respective budget resources are sufficient only for the partial provisioning of the posts, the balance of the permit and the respective appropriations for his or her application shall appear in the annex of the budget law corresponding to the exercise in which they are considered created and providable.

Art. 4º The financial resources arising from the implementation of this Act will run to the account of the budgetary allocations consigned to the Regional Labor Court of the 23ª Region in the general budget of the Union.

Art. 5º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
