DECREE NO. 8,022, OF May 31, 2013

Discriminates actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration program to be performed through mandatory transfer.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives it the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 2º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007 and in the proposal of the Gestor Committee of the Growth Acceleration Programme-CGPAC, of May 9, 2013,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º Are mandatory the transfers to the federates required for the implementation of the actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration Programme, listed in the Annex, without prejudice to the provisions of Decrees No. 7,991 of April 24, 2013, No 7,980, 8 of April 2013, 2013, March 22, 2013, No. 7,893, January 24, 2013, No. 7,868, December 19, 2012, No. 7,836, November 9, 2012, No. 7,804, September 13, 2012, June 5, 2012, No. 7,720, April 16, April 16 2012, No. 7,662, of December 28, 2011, 7,625, November 24, 2011, 7,576, October 11, 2011, May 24, 2011, May 24, 2011, November 26, 2010, November 26, 2010, No. 7,211 of June 11, 2010, April 9, 2010, April 9, 2010, para. 7,157 7,125, of March 3, 2010, 7,051, December 23, 2009, No. 7,025, December 7, 2009, 6,982, October 14, 2009, 6,958, September 14, 2009, August 4, 2009, August 4, 2009, No. 6,876, June 8, 2009, para. 6,807, of June 8, 2009 March 25, 2009, No. 6,714, of December 29, 2008, 6,694, December 15, 2008, No. 6,450, May 8, 2008, 6,326, December 27, 2007, and No 6,276, November 28, 2007.

Art. 2º Compete for the organ or entity of the federal public administration to which the budget allocation relating to the shares listed in the Annex to the analysis and formal approval of the term of commitment of which it treats § 1º of the art is being achieved. 3º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007.

Single paragraph. In the hypothesis that the mandatory transfer takes effect through institution or federal public financial agent that attests to the Union's mandatary, it will fit those entities with the approval of which it treats the caput.

Art. 3º It will be up to the Gestor Committee of the Growth Acceleration Program-CGPAC to release on the Internet site the relation of the actions of which it treats art. 2º of Law No. 11,578, 2007, and promote the updates due in that relationship, including as to changes in the programmatic functional ones arising from budget law and their additional credits.

Art. 4º This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
