DECREE NO. 8,569, OF November 12, 2015

Disposes on the execution of the Octogensimo Nono Additional Protocol to the Economic Supplementation Agreement No. 18 (89PAACE18), firming between the Federative Republic of the Brazil, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, on October 12, 2011.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers it on art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Whereas the Treaty of Montevideo of 1980, which created the Latin American Integration Association-Aladi, firmed up by the Federative Republic of Brazil on August 12, 1980 and promulgated by the Decree No. 87,054 of March 23, 1982 provides for the modality of Economic Supplementation Agreement;

Whereas the Plenipotentiaries of the Federative Republic of Brazil, of the Argentine Republic, of the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, on the basis of the 1980 Treaty of Montevideo, struck on November 29, 1991, in Montevideo, the Economic Supplementation Agreement No. 18, promulgated by Decree No. 550 of May 27, 1992; and

Whereas the Plenipotentiaries of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, on the basis of the 1980 Treaty of Montevideo, struck in 12 of October 2011, in Montevideo, the Octogensimo Nono Additional Protocol to the Economic Supplementation Agreement No. 18;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Octogensimo 9th Additional Protocol to the Economic Supplementation Agreement No. 18, between the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay of October 12, 2011, annex to this Decree, will be executed and fulfilled in full on its terms.

Art. 2º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
