DECREE NO 7,377, OF 1º OF DECEMBER 2010

Promuling the Framework Agreement on Regional Energy Supplementation between the States Parties to Mercosur and Associated States, protocolized to the amparo of the 1980 Treaty of Montevideo as a Partial Reach Agreement of Trade Promotion No 19 (AAP.PC # 19), celebrated in Montevideo, on December 9, 2005, between the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Chile, the Republic of Ecuador and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, at the use of the assignment that gives you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Argentine Republic, the Republic of Paraguay, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Chile, the Republic of Ecuador and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela celebrated, in Montevideo, on December 9, 2005, the Framework Agreement on Regional Energy Supplementation Among the States Parties to Mercosur and Associated States, protocolized to the amparo of the 1980 Treaty of Montevideo as a Partial Reach Agreement of Trade Promotion No 19 (AAP.PC no 19);

Whereas the National Congress passed the Agreement through the Legislative Decree no 979, of December 22, 2009; Whereas the Brazilian Government deposited the instrument of ratification of the said Framework Agreement together with the Secretary General of ALADI on January 26, 2010; and

Whereas the Agreement entered into force for Brazil, in the external legal plan, on February 26, 2010;

D And C R And T A:

Art. 1º The Framework Agreement on Regional Energy Supplementation Among the States Parties to Mercosur and States Associates, protocolized to the amparo of the 1980 Treaty of Montevideo as a Partial Reach Agreement of Trade Promotion No 19 (AAP.PC No 19), celebrated in Montevideo, on December 9, 2005, between the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic Argentina, the Republic of Paraguay, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Chile, the Republic of Ecuador and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, apensed by copy to the present Decree, will be executed and fulfilled so entirely as in it it contains.

Art. 2º Ficam subject to congressional approval National any acts that may result in revision of the said Framework Agreement, as well as any further adjustments which, pursuant to the art. 49, inciso I, of the Constitution, carries charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
