DECREE N 7,761, OF June 19, 2012

Promulga the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia for the Construction of an International Bridge over the Igarapé Rapirrã between the Placid Cities de Castro and Montevideo, firmed in La Paz, on December 17, 2007.

The VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Plurinational State of Bolivia, then called the Republic of Bolivia firmed, in La Paz, on December 17, 2007, the Agreement for the Construction of an International Bridge on the Igarapé Rapirrã between the Placid Cities of Castro and Montevideo;

Considering that the National Congress has approved the Agreement between the Government of the Republic Federative of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia for the Construction of an International Bridge on the Igarapé Rapirrã between the Placid Cities of Castro and Montevideo, by means of Legislative Decree No. 497, of July 17, 2009;

Considering that the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia for the Construction of an International Bridge on the Igarapé Rapirrã between the Placid Cities of Castro and Montevideo entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the external legal plan, on September 28, 2010, on the terms of your Article VI;

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1 ° It is promulgated the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia for the Construction of an International Bridge on the Igarapé Rapirrã between the Placid Cities of Castro and Montevideo, firmed in La Peace, on December 17, 2007, annex to this Decree.

Art. 2 ° Are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the said Agreement and supplementary adjustments which, pursuant to the incisions I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution, carries charges or gravy commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3 ° This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
