DECREE OF May 3, 2000.

Declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate it mentions, and gives other arrangements.

O PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2º of the Supplemental Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters?a?,?b?,?c? e?d?, and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-?Boa Vista?, with area of four hundred and thirty hectares and nineteen ares, situated in the Municipality of Porto de Pedras, object of the Registration No. R-2-115, Book 2, of the Carthorium of the Single Oftice of the Comarch of Port of Stone, State of Alagoas (Process INCRA/SR-22/nº54360.001067/99-79);

II-?Farm Disco?, with area of four thousand, three hundred and eighty hectares and eighty ares, situated in the Municipality of Paranaiguara, object of the Register No 3,679 (remnant), fls. 277, Book 3-C, of the Estate Registration Office and Tabelionate 1º of Notes from the Comarch of Paranaiguara, State of Goiás (Case INCRA/SR-04/nº54150.002055/97-54);

IV-?Saint Vincent?, with area of a thousand, seven hundred and twenty-five hectares, situated in the County Municipality, object of the Registration # R-9-11, fls. 11 /11v, Book 2-A, of the Carthorium of the Single Oftice of the Comarch of Malta, State of the Paraíba (Case INCRA/SR-18/nº54320.002411/98-51);

V-?Palm farm?, with area of five hundred and eight hectares, thirty-six airs and fifty four-centiars, situated in the Municipality of Canguçu, object of the Registers #^s R-2-13.915, R-3-13.915, R-5-13.915, R-11-13.915, R-12-13.915, R-13-13.915, R-14-13.915, R-15 -13,915, R-16-13.915 and R-17-13.915, all from Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Canguçu, State of Rio Grande do Sul (Case INCRA/SR-11nº54220.002585/99-22);

VI-?Farm of the Pitangueiras?, with area of five hundred and thirty-nine hectares, situated in the Municipality of Canguçu, object of the Registrations #^s R-4-9.523, R-4-10.055, R-4-9.200 and R-4-9.253, all from Book 2, from the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Canguçu, State of Rio Grande do Sul (Process INCRA/SR-11/nº54220.002981/99-50);

VII-?No denomination?, with area of one hundred and fifty six hectares and eight ares, situated in the Municipality of Giruá, object of the Registry # R-4-60, fls. 60, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Giruá, State of Rio Grande do Sul (Process INCRA/SR-11 / nº54220.003176/99-99);

VIII-?Farmhouse quikuio?, with area of two hundred and ninety three hectares, twenty-three airs and sixty-three centiars, situated in the Municipality of Canguçu, object of the Registry No R-12-683, fls 3/3v, Book 2, of the Estate Registry Office of the Comarch of Canguçu, State of Rio Grande do Sul (Process INCRA/SR-11/nº54220.002980/99-97);

IX-?Farmland?, with area of five hundred hectares, situated in the Municipality of São Miguel dos Milagres, object of the Registration No. R-1-131, Book 2, of the Carthorium of the Single Oftice of the Comarch of Port of Stone, State of Alagoas (Process INCRA/SR-22/nº54360.001066/99-14);

X-?Tanary or Bacuri farm?, with area of a thousand, seven hundred and sixty and one hectares and seventy six airs, situated in the Municipality of Inhangapi, object of the Register No 444, fls. 145, Book 2-A, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Castanhal, State of Pará (Process INCRA/SR-01/nº54100.001432/98-15); and

XI-?Ingenious Santa Maria and Bela Vista?, with area of four hundred and seventy and eight hectares and seventy five airs, situated in the Municipality of Escada, object of the Registers #^s R-1-116, fls. 126, Book 2, and R-1-117, fls. 127, Book 2, of the General Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Escada, State of Pernambuco (Case INCRA/SR-03/nº54140.001706/99-18).

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, the machines and the agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the real estate referred to in the previous article and belonging to those who will be benefited from their intended.

Single paragraph. It is excluded, still, from the effects of this Decree, the area of seventeen hectares, thirty-one airs, and forty-seven centiars, concerning the state road PE-45 and the municipal road, constant of the immovable specified in the inciso XI of the previous article.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is hereby authorized to promote the rural real estate dispropriations of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the areas of Legal Reserves and permanent preservation provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
