I do know that the FEDERAL SENATE has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated as follows

RESOLUTION NO. 31, OF 2000.

Authorizes the Municipality of Ubirathan, State of Paraná, to hire internal credit operation, together with the State Fund of Urban Development / Urban Paraná Program, worth R$ 900,000.00 (ninety thousand reais), intended for the realization of investments in urban infrastructure.

THE FEDERAL SENATE

resolves:

Art. 1º It is the Municipality of Ubirathan, State of Paraná, authorized, pursuant to Resolution No. 78, of the Federal Senate, to hire internal credit operation, together with the State Fund for Urban Development / Urban Paraná Program, in the value of R$ 900,000.00 (ninety thousand reais), destined for the realization of investments in urban infrastructure.

Art. 2º The financial operation of which treats art. 1º has the following characteristics:

I-value of the operation: R$ 900,000.00 (ninety thousand reais);

II-interest rate: 0.9489% a.m. (nine thousand four hundred and eighty-nine tenths of thousandths per cent per month);

III-update index: referential rate-TR;

IV-guarantees: quotes-parts of the ICMS;

V- deadline: 120 (one hundred and twenty) months, after 12 (twelve) months of caries counted from the first release;

VI-expiration: December 30, 2010;

VII-other charges: nihil;

VIII- purpose: bankable investments by the Paraná Urbano/FDU and Rural Cilas Program; and

IX-release: totality in 2000.

Art. 3º The deadline for the exercise of this authorization is two hundred and seventy days, from its publication.

Art. 4º This Resolution comes into effect on the date of its publication.
