DECREE NO. 5,058, OF April 30, 2004

Altera aliquot of the Imposed Products Tax- IPI incident on the products it mentions.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, at the use of the assignment that gives you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 4º, inciso I, of the Decree-Law No. 1,199, of December 27, 1971,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam reduced to the following related IPI aliquots, incidents on the products listed in the Note Complement NC (87-2) to Chapter 87 of the Incidence Table of the Industrialized Products-TIPI, approved by Decree No. 4,542, of December 26, 2002:

Art. 2º Ficam changed to the percentage indicated in Annex I the aliquots of the Imposed Products Industrialized-IPI, incidents on the products classified in the related codes there, as per the Incidence Table of IPI-TIPI, approved by Decree No. 4,542, of 2002.

Art. 3º Ficam suppressed the "Ex" highlights related in Annex II, referring to the TIPI codes therein.

Art. 4º Stay suppressed the NC Supplementary Note (84-3) of TIPI.

Art. 5º Ficam created at TIPI the unfolds in the description of the products of the codes of classification related in Annex III, effectuated in the form of "Ex" highlights, observed the respective aliquots.

Art. 6º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication, producing effects from 1º May 2004.
