DECREE OF June 3, 2015

Defines the area of Porto Organized de Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

A CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives it the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 15 of Law No. 12,815, of June 5, 2013,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The area of Porto Organized Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, is constituted:

I-by the land port facilities located in the Municipality of Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande of the South, such as: edifices in general, silos, tanks, warehouses, courtyards, accesses and routes of movement, tours, land, covered by the polygonal of the area of the port organized, under guard or responsibility of the Port, incorporated or not to its heritage; and

II-by the infrastructure of aquaviary, protective and accustomed accesses, in them understood, among others, evolution basins, fundee areas, access channels, molhes, puzzles, current guides, spigs, piers, bridges, docking piers, dolends, mooring and signalling systems and signalling and areas adjacent to these infrastructures, covered by the polygonal of the organized port, which are administered and maintained by Porto.

Art. 2º The area of Porto Organized Porto Alegre has its polygonal defined by the vertices whose georreferenced coordinates are discriminated against in the Attachment.

Art. 3º The Port Administration should keep updated the demarcation in plant of the polygonal of the area defined in the art. 2º.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
