DECREE OF June 12, 2008.

Gives new essay to art. 1st of the Decree of , which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Pancadinha?, situated in the Municipality of Almadina, State of Bahia, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that give him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplemental Act no 76, of July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Law no 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of Law no 8,629, of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st The art. First of the Decree of February 2, 2007, published in the Official Journal of the Union of February 2, 2007, Section 1, page 7, which declares of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Pancadinha?, situated in the Municipality of Almadina, State of Bahia, goes on to invigorate with the following essay:

?Art. Is 1st declared of social interest, for purposes of agrarian reform, rural real estate named?Pancadinha?, with recorded area of four hundred and forty-two hectares, seventy ares and twenty-seven centiars, and measured area of three hundred and seventeen hectares, eighty-eight airs and eighty and one centiars, situated in the Municipality of Almadina, object of the Registry in the R-20-17, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Coaraci, State of Bahia (Case INCRA/SR-05/no 54160.002268 /2003-23).? (NR)

Art. 2nd This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
