Decree of February 9, 2000.

Declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Potions?, situated in the Municipality of Simão Dias, State of Sergipe, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, and 2º of the Supplementary Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993,

Decreta:

Art. 1º It is stated to be of interest social, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters ? a?, ? b?, ? c? and ? d?, and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the rural real estate named?Potions?, with area of one thousand and twenty-nine hectares, ninety and nine ares and forty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Simão Dias, object of the Matriculation No 5,599, fls. 268, Book 2-T and of the Registrations 18,559, fls. 72, Book 3-Q and 15,723, fls. 14, Book 3-Q, of the 1º Office of the 1º Oftice of the Comarch of Simão Dias, State of Sergipe.

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the soothing, the machines and the agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeits in the immovable referred to in the previous article and belonging to those who will be benefited from its intended.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the dispropriation of the Rural real estate of which it treats this Decree, in the form provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the Legal Reserve area provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965 preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
