DECREE of January 4, 2000.

Declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Northwest Farm? situated in the Municipality of Ponta Porã, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 18 and 20 of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, and 2º of the Supplementary Act No. 76, of July 6, 1993,

Decreta:

Art. 1º It is stated to be of interest social, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters ? a?, ? b?, ? c? and ? d?, and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504, of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629, of February 25, 1993, the rural real estate named?Northwest farmhouse?, with area of a thousand, three hundred and twenty-nine hectares, fifty seven airs and twenty-three centiars, situated in the Municipality of Ponta Porã, object of the Matriculation No. 32,253, Ficha 01 /01v, Book 02, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Ponta Porã, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Art. 2º Excludes from the effects of this Decree the soothing, the machines and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfeons in the immovable referred to in the article previous and belonging to those who will be benefited from their targeting.

Art. 3º The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is allowed to promote the disappropriation of the rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the form provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76 of July 6, 1993, and to keep the Legal Reserve area provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965 preferentially in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
