DECREE OF August 12, 2011

Abre to the Fiscal Budgets and Social Security of the Union, in favor of the Ministries of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, of Health, National Integration and Cities, supplementary credit in the overall value of R$ 32,161,706.00, for reinforcement of constant appropriations of the prevailing Budget Law.

The CHAIRPERSON OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that gives it the art. 84, incisus IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the authorisation contained in the art. 4º, inciso III, paragraph 12,381 (c) of Law No. 12,381, of February 9, 2011,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is open to the Fiscal and Social Security Budgets of the Union (Law No. 12,381 of February 9, 2011), in favor of the Ministries of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Health, National Integration and Cities, credit supplementary in the overall value of R$ 32,161,706.00 (thirty-two million, one hundred and sixty and one thousand, seven hundred and six reais), to meet the constant schedule of Annex I to this Decree.

Art. 2^o The necessary resources to the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1^o arise from partial cancellation of budgetary allocation, as indicated in Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3^o This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
