I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 760, OF 2003

Aproves the act that authorizes the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, CULTURAL November 3, the perform community broadcasting service in the city of Four Pontes, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 204 of February 25, 2002 authorising the Community Association, Cultural November 3, to be implemented, by the term of ten years, without the right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting community in the city of Four Pontes, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
