I know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 547, OF 2010

Approves the act that bestows permission to the LIMITED VANGUARD RADIO SOCIETY to explore service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Dom Aquino, State of Mato Grosso.

The Congress National decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 79 of March 25, 2009, which bestows permission to the Broadguard Radio Society Limited to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Dom Aquino, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
