I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Vice President of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the Presidency, on the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 381, OF 2003

Approves the act that authorizes the Community ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNICATION AND CULTURE OF ASSU/RN to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Assu, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act to which it refers to Portaria No 595 of October 24, 2001 authorising the Community Communication and Culture Association of Assu/RN to be executed, by the ten-year term without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Assu, State of Rio Grande do North.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
