I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE

No. 57, OF 2005

Approves the act that authorizes the CULTURAL EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION E SOCIAL RENASCER OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD GOIABEIRAS BARRA DO CEARÁ to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Fortaleza, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 2,760 of December 2, 2002, which authorizes the Cultural and Social Educational Association Renascer of the Neighborhood Goiabeiras Bar of the Ceará to perform, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, rectifying the term of authorisation for 10 (ten) years, with a view to the provisions of Law No. 10,597 of December 11, 2002.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
