I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 1, OF 2013

Aproves the act that bestows permission to the CONTEMPORARY RADIO SOCIETY FM LTDA. to explore service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Gaurama, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No 51 of March 24, 2009, which hedges permission to the Contemporary Radio Society FM Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Gaurama, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
