I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the paragraph unique of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE

No. 41, OF 2011

Approves the act that bestows permission on AKATU permission FM LTDA. to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedshall, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 396 of June 18, 2009, which hedges permission to Akatu FM Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedshall, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
