I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Vice President of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the Presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 88, OF 2004

Aproves the act that bestows permission to the Culture and Life Foundation to perform service of sound broadcasting in frequency modulated in the city of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 872 of June 4, 2002, which bestows permission to the Culture and Life Foundation to perform, for ten years, without right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at modulated frequency, with uniquely educational purposes, in the city of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
