I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE NO. 149, OF 2007

Approves the act that bestows permission to the CULTURAL FOUNDATION ARE JUDAS TADEU to perform sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Tocantinopolis, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 100 of January 23, 2004, which hedges permission to the Cultural Foundation São Judas Tadeu to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency, with uniquely educational purposes, in the city of Tocantinopolis, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
