I know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 491, OF 2010

Approves the act that renews the grant bestoed to TROPICAL COMMUNICATION LTDA. to explore service of radio broadcasting and images in the city of Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of June 10, 2009, which renews for 15 (fifteen) years, as of February 3, 2002, the granting bestoed to Tropical Communication Ltda. to explore, without the right of exclusivity, radio broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Natal, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
