DECREE NO- 7,745, OF June 5, 2012

Discriminates actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration program to be performed through transfer mandatory.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that gives it the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 2º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007 and in the proposal of the Gestor Committee of the Growth Acceleration Programme-CGPAC, of April 13, 2012,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º Are mandatory the transfers to the federates required for the implementation of the actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration Programme, listed in the Annex to this Decree, without prejudice to the provisions of Decrees 7,720, of April 16, 2012, 7,662, of December 28, 2011, 7,625, November 24, 2011, 7,576, October 11, 2011, 7,488, May 24, 2011, 7,369, November 26, 2010, April 9, 2010, 7,157, April 9, 2010, 7,125, March 3, March 3 2010, 7,051, of December 23, 2009, 7,025, December 7, 2009, 6,982, October 14, 2009, 6,958, September 14, 2009, 6,921, August 4, 2009, 6,876, June 8, 2009, 6,807, March 25, 2009, 6,714, 29 December 2008, 6,694, December 15, 2008, 6,450, May 8, 2008, 6,326, December 27, 2007, and 6,276, November 28, 2007.

Art. 2º Compete for the organ or entity of the federal public administration to which the budget allocation relating to the constant action of the Annex to the formal examination and approval of the term of commitment of which it treats § 1º of the art is being achieved. 3º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007.

Single paragraph. In the hypothesis that the mandatory transfer takes effect through institution or federal public financial agent, acting as the Union's mandatary, it will fit those entities with the approval of which it treats the caput.

Art. 3º It will be up to the Gestor Committee of the Growth Acceleration Program-CGPAC to release on electronic site the relationship of the actions of which it treats art. 2º of Law No. 11,578, 2007, and promote the updates due in that relationship, including with regard to changes in the programmatic functionals arising from budget law and their additional credits.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
