I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

DECREE LEGISLATIVE

No. 686, OF 2005

Approves the act that bestows permission to RADIO PARADISE OF COMOCIM ltda. to explore frequency-modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of North Tabuleiro, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 312 of March 19, 2002, which hedges permission to the Radio Paradise of Camocim Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in frequency modulated in the city of North Tabuleiro, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
