LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 17, OF 2003

Approves the act that renews the awarding of the ltda-sliced side-out radio. to explore service of medium wave sound broadcasting in the city of Colatina, State of the Holy Spirit.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° Stay approved the act referred to in Decree s / n °, of July 17, 2000, which renews for ten years, as of 1 ° May 1994, the award of the Radio Difusora of Colatina Ltda. to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of medium wave sound broadcasting in the city of Colatina, State of the Holy Spirit.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
