DECREE OF February 10, 2003.

Retificates the art. 1 ° of the Decree of September 8, 1998, which homologated the administrative demarcation of the Paumari Indigenous Land of Lake Maranhão, located in the Municipality of Lábrea, in the State of Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that gives him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to art. 19, § 1 °, of the Law no 6,001, of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5 ° of the Decree no 1,775, of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1 ° Ficam rectified the constant boundaries in the art. 1º of the Decree of September 8, 1998, which homologated the administrative demarcation of the Paumari Indigenous Land of Lake Maranhão, passing the circumscriver: Indigenous Paumari Land of Lake Marahã, with one hundred and eighteen thousand, seven hundred and sixty and six hectares, eighty-eight ares and sixty-two centiars and perimeter of two hundred and thirty-nine thousand, three hundred and eighty eight metres and eighty-three centimeters, situated in the Municipality of Lábrea, in the State of Amazonas, with the following limits: NORTH: departing from the Marco PL-01, of geographical coordinates 07º33 ' 12, 43 " S and 65º21'22, 89" WGr., located at the right bank of the Purus River, follows by the same, downstream, up to the Digitalized Point P-01, of approximate geographical coordinates 07º26 '24.56 "S and 65º08' 28, 62" WGr., located at the confluence with the Igarapé São João;
