I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 236, OF 2013

Aproves the act that renews the permission bestoed to RADIO SP-1 LTDA. to explore broadcasting service sound in modulated frequency in the city of Diadema, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 108 of May 2, 2011, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of March 11, 2011, the permission bestoded to Radio SP-1 Ltda. to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of sound radio broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Diadema, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
