LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 161, OF 2001

Approves the act that renews the concession bestoed to?Globe Radio Globo S / A? to explore medium-wave sound broadcasting service in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act to which refers Decree s / No, of October 14, 1998, which renews for ten years, as of 1º May 1993, the concession bestoed to?Radio Globo S/A to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of medium wave sound broadcasting in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree takes effect on the date of your publication.
