I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 65, OF 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF VERA CRUZ DO WEST to perform service of community broadcasting in the city of Vera Cruz of the West, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No 461 of August 14, 2000, which authorizes the Cultural and Educational Association of Vera Cruz of the West to perform, for three years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Vera Cruz of the West, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree takes effect on the date of its publication.
