Promve post mortem the diplomat Marcus Vinícius of the Mello Moraes Cross

The PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is promoted post mortem the Minister of First Class of the Diplomat Carrier the First Secretary Marcus Vinícius of the Mello Moraes Cross.

Single paragraph. They are assured of their current dependents the pension benefits corresponding to the post of Minister of First Class of the Diploma Carrier.

Art. 2º This Law comes into effect on the date of its publication.
