I know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 105, OF 2010

Approves the act that bestows permission to the EXITUS LTDA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. to explore service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Cajati, State of São Paulo.

The Congress National decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 448 of July 17, 2008, which hedges permission to the Exitus System of Communication Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of sound broadcasting in modulated frequency in the city of Cajati, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
