I know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Internal Rules of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 638, DE 2009

Approves the act that renews the grant bestoed to GLOBO COMMUNICATION AND SHAREHOLDINGS S.A. to explore service of broadcasting of sounds and images in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

O National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act to which the Decree refers s / No, of April 14, 2008, which renews for 15 (fifteen) years, as of October 5, 2007, the granting bestoed to the Globe Communication and Participants S.A. to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting of sounds and images in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into vigour on the date of its publication.
