DECREE OF August 6, 2009.

Recognizing how of interest of the Brazilian Government for foreign participation in the capital of Finabank Corretora de Exchange, Securities and Securities.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers him the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 52, single paragraph, of the Act of the Transitional Constitutional Provisions,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is in the Brazilian Government's interest to foreign participation, by up to one hundred percent, in the social capital of Finabank Corretora de Exchange, Securities and Values Ltda.

Art. 2^o The Central Bank of Brazil will adopt the necessary arrangements to the execution of the provisions of this Decree.

Art. 3^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
