I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Eduardo Siqueira Campos, Second Vice President of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the Presidency, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 178, OF 2003

Approves the act that authorizes the JOSÉ PAULINO SOCIAL CENTER to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Jaçanã, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No 801 of December 28, 2000 authorising the José Paulino Social Centre to perform, by the time limit of 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Jaçanã, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
