LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 580, OF 2012

Aproves the act that renews the granting bestoed to the TV OMEGA LTDA. to explore broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Recife, State of Pernambuco.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in the Decree s / No, of June 15, 2012, which renews for 15 (fifteen) years, as of August 20, 2011, the granting bestoed to the TV Omega Ltda. to explore, without right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting of sounds and images in the city of Recife, State of Pernambuco.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
