Altera aliquot of the Imposed Products Tax- IPI incident on the products it mentions.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of assignment that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and with a view to the provisions of the art. 4, inciso I, of the Decree-Law No. 1,199, of December 27, 1971,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º Ficam changed for the Percentage indicated the aliquots of the Industrialized Products-IPI, relative to the products described in the below-discriminated codes, as per the Incidence Table of the Industrialized Products-TIPI, approved by the Decree No 4,070, of December 28, 2001:

ANNEX

Art. 2º Stay created in TIPI the following unfolds in the description of the products of code 8706.00.10, effected in the form of highlighting? ex?, and fixed at zero the aliquot of the tax:

?Ex 01-From vehicles of Ex 01 and 02 of codes 8702.10.00 and 8702.90.90.? (NR)

Art. 3º It changes the wording of Annex I to Decree No. 4,441 of October 25, 2002, replacing codes 3616.20.00 and 7619.99.00, respectively, by codes 3916.20.00 and 7616.99.00, kept aliquots of ten and five percent.

Art. 4º This Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
