I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

NO. 438, OF 2003

Aproves the act that authorizes the VARGINHENSE COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION a perform community broadcasting service in the city of Varginha, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 503 of August 24, 2001 authorising the Community Broadcasting Association Varginhense to perform, by the term of ten years, without the right of exclusivity, service of broadcasting community in the city of Varginha, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
