I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Internal Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 779, OF 2005

Approves the act that authorizes the community RADIO association MAJOR IZIDORO FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Major Izidoro, State of Alagoas.

The Congress National decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No 719, of December 15, 2003, which authorizes the Community Radio Association Major izidoro FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Major Izidoro, State of Alagoas.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
