Dislays on the?Day of the Ave? and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignment that confers the art. 84, inciso II, of the Constitution,

D E C R E T A:

Art.1ºO?Day of the Ave?, instituted by Decree nº63.234 of September 12, 1968, will be celebrated on the October 5 of each year.

Art.2ºO center of interest for the festivities of the?Day of the Ave? will be the Sabiah (Turdus Rufiventris), as a representative symbol of the Brazilian ornithological fauna and considered popularly Ave Nacional do Brasil.

Art.3ºAs celebrations of the?Day of the Ave? will have eminently educative draft and will be held with the participation of schools and the community.

Art.4ºEste Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art.5ºRevoga-if the Decree nº63.234, of September 12, 1968.
