I get to know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 125, OF 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the APE-EDUCATIONAL PEACE ASSOCIATION to perform broadcasting service Community in the city of Descalvado, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It gets approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 411 of July 31, 2000, which authorizes APE- ASSOCIATION PEACE EDUCATION to be performed, for three years, without right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Descalvado, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
